The annual South Orange Halloween Festival is still happening tomorrow, just with a change in location. Due to the expected rainy weather conditions on Halloween, Thursday, October 31, the South Orange Village Center Alliance (SOVCA) is moving the Festival indoors to the South Orange Public Library (65 Scotland Rd., Taylor Place Parking Lot Entrance) from 4-6pm.
All the traditional Halloween fun folks have enjoyed in previous years is still happening as planned, including an appearance by Wanda the Witch, the annual Halloween parade and costume contest and trick or treating in the downtown as weather allows. Join us on Thursday, October 31 from 4-6 PM at the South Orange Public Library for our annual Halloween Festival. Wanda the Giant Witch will be back again to entertain the kids with music, jokes and games beginning at 4pm. The costume contest will kick off at 5pm with gifts for all the kids and prizes for the winners selected in several categories.
This year's festival is graciously and ghoulishly presented by Natalie Farrell of Weichert Realtors and sponsored by our friends from Sparkhouse Toys and Little Stages.
