Yoga Nidra for Relaxation
Join us on Wednesday, April 18th at 7:00 PM for a complimentary, 30-minute session of Yoga Nidra led by instructor, Andre Witek.
Yoga Nidra is a state of complete body and mind relaxation with full conscious awareness. It is great stress reduction technique, and it can be used as an independent practice or it can be combined with Hatha Yoga and meditation. It is also used as a part of yoga therapy, a new emerging field of dealing with different illnesses and health issues on an individualized basis.

**Please wear comfortable clothing to this workshop. Also, please bring a mat, beach towel, or blanket to lie down on, a small pillow to support the head, and another blanket to cover the body because the body temperature tends to lower during this practice.**
