Relax and Unwind with Yoga Nidra!

Yoga Nidra is a state of complete body and mind relaxation with full conscious awareness. It is great stress reduction technique and may help to release tensions and negative emotions in the body. Yoga Nidra can be used as an independent practice, or it can be combined with Hatha Yoga and meditation. It is also used as a part of yoga therapy, a new emerging field of dealing with different illnesses and health issues on an individualized basis.
**All experience levels are welcome to participate! Please wear comfortable clothing to this workshop. Also, please bring a mat, beach towel, or blanket to lie down on, a small pillow to support the head, and another blanket to cover the body because the body temperature tends to lower during this practice.**
