Developed in 17th century China for self-defense and introduced to the West in the early 1900's, Tai Chi is highly regarded as a method of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi practitioners can benefit from increased immunity, circulation, core strength, balance, flexibility, energy, focus, and overall awareness.
