On Tuesday, July 18th at 7:00PM, South Orange Chiropractic Center will be hosting a complimentary 30-minute Tai Chi session led by Sifu Richard Mullen of South Mountain Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is a type of martial art that focuses on internal energy rather than external force. Sometimes called "meditation in motion", Tai Chi is a low impact exercise that puts minimum stress on muscles and joints, making it safe for all ages and abilities. Increased immunity, circulation, core strength, balance, flexibility, energy, focus, and overall awareness are all benefits that come from practicing Tai Chi.
